§ 110.09 FIRE CHIEF TO INSPECT FOR HAZARDS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief of the district within which the licensee is located is hereby directed and authorized to make inspections of all facilities where any of the above mentioned businesses are carried on, to determine whether fire hazards are minimized, whether all proper precautions for emergency exist have been taken, and whether the businesses are generally being conducted with a maximum amount of safety to the public.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall also ascertain whether the fire ordinances of county and the statutes of New Mexico involving fire hazards are being complied with.
