§ 110.08 COUNTY SHERIFF TO MAKE INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The County Sheriff is hereby directed and authorized to make periodic inspections of all businesses licensed hereunder, to determine whether all laws of the State of New Mexico and the ordinances of the county are being observed, to ascertain whether public order and decency are being maintained, and to investigate complaints arising from the operation thereof.
   (B)   The Sheriff is also directed to inspect all music machines licensed hereunder to ascertain whether lewd or indecent recordings are being played, to inspect periodically all vending machines to ascertain that they are in proper working order, and to investigate all pinball and amusement devices licensed hereunder to ascertain that none is being used for gambling or violation of any ordinances of the county or statutes of New Mexico.
