§ 154.002 AUTHORIZATION AND APPLICATION.
    This chapter is hereby enacted pursuant to NMSA, §§ 3-21-1 to 3-21-26 et seq. and applies to the unincorporated lands within the County of Valencia’s jurisdiction.
