(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(B) Shall is always mandatory and not merely directory; the masculine includes the feminine.
BUILDING. A structure having a roof supported by columns or walls for the shelter, support, or enclosures of persons, animals or personal property, but not including any recreational vehicle or travel trailer.
HOUSE. A dwe11ing unit designed for persons to live in.
LOT. A parcel of 5 acres or less in land area.
