§ 92.23 ODOR NUISANCE.
   (A)   Odors prohibited. In areas zoned residential and commercial, no responsible person shall operate any type of machine or device, or carry on any type of activity, or promote or facilitate the carrying on of any activity, or create and/or maintain any condition which causes an odor of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorine, industrial solvent, urine or feces, or any other noxious or offensive odor, to be detectable by the enforcing entity at a distance of 10 feet beyond the property line of the property from which such odor is emanating.
   (B)   Exceptions. Organic fertilizers, including but not limited to, compost and manure.
