§ 30.03 CREATION OF DISTRICTS.

Upon adoption of this chapter, the Board of County Commissioners shall divide the county into 5 County Commission Districts. These districts shall be compact, contiguous and as nearly equal in population as possible. One County Commissioner shall reside within and be elected from each County Commission District.
