§ 91.002 AUTHORIZATION AND SCOPE.
   (A)   This chapter is hereby enacted pursuant to NMSA §§ 4-37-1 et seq. and NMSA § 3-18-5 and applies to the unincorporated areas of Valencia County.
   (B)   This chapter is in addition to any other procedures and remedies available under the Valencia County Zoning Chapter, as amended.
