§ 112.99 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 112.15 through 112.22 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Each violation of §§ 112.15 through 112.22 shall be punishable by a fine of no more than $300, and/or imprisonment for no more than 90 days, or both.
