§ 112.16 AUTHORITY.

This subchapter is enacted pursuant to the authority granted to counties to provide for the safety and to preserve the health of the residents of the county as set forth in NMSA 1978, § 4-37-1 (1975); and pursuant NMSA 1978, § 26-2C-12 (2021) and NMSA 1978, §§ 24-16-2 (1985) and 24-16-20 (2007).
