(A) Enforcing entity. The Valencia County Sheriff's Department (hereafter, Sheriff's Department) or any duly authorized and commissioned law enforcement officer shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Reporting alleged violations. Any person may report an alleged violation of this subchapter to the Sheriff's Department. Upon receipt of the report, the Sheriff's Department shall ascertain the location, date, time and specific nature of the alleged violation.
