No permit is required for open burning for recreational and ceremonial purposes, for barbecuing, for heating purposes, for the noncommercial cooking of food for human consumption and for warming by small wood fires at construction sites or cooking using charcoal, wood, propane or natural gas in cooking or grilling appliances. Notwithstanding, the types of burning in this section may be banned pursuant to § 93.29 of this subchapter.
