§ 93.23 GENERAL PROHIBITION ON OPEN BURNING, OUTDOOR BURNING, AND REFUSE BURNING.
   Open burning and refuse burning are prohibited in the unincorporated areas of the county unless the burn is specifically permitted by this chapter.
