§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the International Fire Code or the amendments to the code, or fails to comply therewith, violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder, builds a structure in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved, or builds a structure in violation of any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who fails to comply with such an order affirmed or modified by the “Board of Appeals” or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall severally for each such violation and noncompliance, respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days or more than 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment. The imposition of one party for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons are required to correct or remedy such violation or defects within a reasonable amount of time; and when not otherwise specified, each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of §§ 93.20 et seq. shall be found guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $300 or imprisoned for a period of not more than 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
   (D)   Any violation of §§ 93.45 et seq. shall be deemed a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and/or up to 90 days in jail.
