(A) Listed uses exclusive. The listing of any use as being a permitted use in any particular zone district shall be deemed an exclusion of such use from any other zone district unless expressly permitted as a permitted use, conditional use or accessory use.
(B) Prohibited if not permitted. The permitted uses, conditional uses and accessory uses in the particular districts shall be deemed to be exclusive uses for those districts, and any use not specifically permitted as a permitted use is prohibited unless a determination of similar use is made in accordance with § 12-3-4 of this title.
