§ 1-7-2 DIRECTORS’ DUTIES.
   Each department shall be under the direction of a director whose functions and duties shall be in accordance with the provisions of the statutes of the state, the Town Charter, the ordinances of the town, and the procedures established by the Town Manager. Any reference in this code to a department director shall include his or her designee.
