Sign programs shall be required for all new or demolished/rebuilt multi-family residential projects and for new or demolished/rebuilt commercial projects. Sign programs may be required for other significant new developments (e.g., subdivisions, ski base facilities) or for redevelopment projects at the discretion of the staff. Existing multi-tenant commercial buildings shall be required to submit a sign program when applying for new signage. Sign programs shall be subject to the provisions, standards, and guidelines listed in this title.
