§ 11-8-1 SIGN PROGRAM DESCRIPTION.
   The purpose of the sign program is to encourage a comprehensive approach to the design, size, number, shape, color and placement of all signs pertaining to a particular development or building containing a business or group of businesses. A sign program shall convey an organized, innovative and unique approach to multiple signs.
