(A) Description. Each property within the Town of Vail shall be allowed, without a permit, one additional temporary sign, subject to the following standards.
(B) Size. No temporary sign shall not be greater than three square feet in area.
(C) Height. No part of a freestanding sign shall extend above four feet above the finished grade.
(D) Design. Temporary signage falling under this provision shall be freestanding or window signs.
(E) Timeframe. No sign falling under this provision shall be displayed for more than 14 days per year. Additional temporary signage may only be displayed between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on a daily basis.
