The provisions of this title shall not limit the liability of any person who erects or owns any sign from personal injury or property damage resulting from the placing of a sign, or resulting from the negligence or willful acts of such person or his or her agents, employees or workers, in the construction, maintenance, repair or removal of any sign erected in accordance with a permit issued under the provisions of this title. The provisions of this title shall not impose upon the Town of Vail, its officers, employees or the Design Review Board, any responsibility or liability by reason of the approval of any sign.
