§ 10-2-5 DESIGNATION NOT TO IMPLY SAFETY.
   Neither the designation of any building or structure as having historic or architectural significance pursuant to this chapter nor the authorization by the Building Official for repairs, alterations and additions without conformance to the Building Code pursuant to the currently adopted edition thereof, shall not imply that said building is in a safe condition, or without hazard.
