§ 1-5-10 OATH OF OFFICE.
   Before entering upon the duties of his or her office, every Council member shall take, subscribe before, and file with the Town Clerk an oath or affirmation that he or she will support the Constitution of the United States, and Constitution of the State of Colorado, the Charter and the ordinances of this town and will faithfully perform the duties of the office.
