(A) Offense. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Actions. Any activity or use which is continued, operated or maintained contrary to any provision of this chapter is unlawful. The town may institute injunction, abatement or any other appropriate legal action to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such violation, in which event the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and attorney fees.
(C) Remedies. The remedies herein provided shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
