§ 9-1-5 COMPLIANCE WITH PERMITS.
   With the exception of a point source discharge permit as noted in § 9-1-4 of this chapter, obtaining and complying with a permit from any other local, state or federal entity for activities or discharges resulting in a violation of this chapter shall not constitute a defense to any such violation.
