The Administrator shall review the application and make a determination of approval, approval with modifications, or denial within 30 days of submittal of a complete application. The determination by the Administrator shall become final at the next Planning and Environmental Commission public hearing following the Administrator’s decision, unless the decision is called up for review by the Commission. Determinations shall be based on the criteria in § 8-7-6 of this chapter. All appeals shall follow the procedures outlined in § 12-3-3, “Appeals”, of this code.
