The franchisee shall provide without charge within the franchise area one drop activated for basic subscriber cable television service to each fire station, public school, police station, public library, Municipal Building and other such buildings used for public purposes. As provided in the franchise agreement, the franchisee shall provide live cablecasting capability to designated public buildings.
