(A) Any person who is required by § 12-13-3(A)(4) of this code of ordinances or any deed restriction applicable to any real property in the town to file an annual verification affidavit, and who fails to file such affidavit, along with all required supporting documentation, by February 1 of any given year, shall be liable for an administrative penalty of $250.
(B) Written notice of the administrative penalty shall be provided by first-class United States mail to such person at such person’s last known address. The administrative penalty shall be due and payable within 14 days of the date of the notice.
(C) It is unlawful for any person to fail to timely pay the administrative penalty imposed by this section. Violations of this section shall be subject to the general penalty set forth in § 1-4-1 of this code of ordinances.
