§ 7-9-1 AUTHORIZATION.
   The Town of Vail is hereby authorized to operate off highway vehicles, as defined by C.R.S. § 33-14.5-101, over and upon all roads and streets within the Town of Vail except for the North and South Frontage Roads and Interstate 70.
