§ 7-4-6 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, and upon conviction of any violations of any provision of this chapter such person shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $300 or by imprisonment in the municipal jail for a period of not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
