§ 7-3B-6 COURT COST UPON DISMISSAL.
   At such time as the Municipal Court grants the request of a complainant who has signed a complaint under this article to dismiss said complaint, the Court shall assess court costs against complainant in an amount not less than $5 and not to exceed $50 for each complaint so dismissed.
