§ 7-3B-5 POLICE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION.

In the event the owner, tenant or person in control of such property has a vehicle towed in accordance with this article, he or she shall immediately notify the Police Department of the town and indicate the name of the towing company which towed the vehicle and the location of the storage of the vehicle.
