Any owner, tenant, or person in possession or control of a private parking lot or private property wishing to avail himself or herself of the provisions of this article shall post on such property in a conspicuous place so that it can be seen by an ordinarily observant person, a sign which reads as follows:
PRIVATE PARKING
UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES
WILL BE TOWED BY OWNER
UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES
WILL BE TOWED BY OWNER
Said sign shall comply in all respects with Title 11 of this code. This sign may be purchased from the town or may be obtained privately by the owner, tenant or person in control of such property.
