§ 7-3B-2 AUTHORITY OF OWNER.
   Whenever the owner or person in possession or control of the private property finds a vehicle parked thereon without his or her consent, such owner or person shall have the authority to tow such vehicle provided the appropriate sections of this article are complied with.
