§ 7-2A-1 TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS; MISDEMEANORS STIPULATED.
   It is a traffic infraction for any person to violate any of the provisions of the Model Traffic Code as adopted and amended in Chapter 1 of this title, except for the following sections which shall remain misdemeanors:
   (A)   Section 3-3, specific vehicular stopping requirements at railroad crossings;
   (B)   Section 3-6, stopping for school buses;
   (C)   Section 4-1, 4-2, speed limits: Driving 25 or more mph in excess of the reasonable and prudent speed or in excess of the maximum lawful speed limit of 55 mph; driving 20 or more mph over the maximum lawful speed limit of 65 mph;
   (D)   Section 4-6, speed contest;
   (E)   Section 5-1, reckless driving;
   (F)   Section 5-2, careless driving;
   (G)   Section 15-13, interference with official devices; and
   (H)   Section 21-13, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer.
