§ 7-1-2 DELETIONS.
   The following provisions are deleted from the Municipal Traffic Code.
   (A)   Article III, §§ 1 through 4 inclusive, relating to railroad crossings, are hereby deleted.
   (B)   Article XIV, relating to parking meters, is hereby deleted in its entirety.
   (C)   Article XVII, §§ 2 through 9 inclusive, and § 17(a), relating to bicycle licensing and parking, are hereby deleted.
   (D)   Article XVIII, § 1(d) relating to travel on restricted public ways, is hereby deleted.
