§ 6-4-21 HABITUAL OFFENDER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to become an “habitual offender” as defined in this chapter, and any person so charged may be charged in addition to any other charges brought pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and offending animals ordered removed from the town and/or other such remedies as imposed by the Court.
