§ 6-4-11 PRODUCE BITING ANIMAL FOR INSPECTION OR QUARANTINE.
   It shall be unlawful for any animal owner to fail to make available for inspection or quarantine any animal when probable cause exists to believe that the animal has bitten any person. If a quarantine period is necessary, the place of quarantine shall be at the discretion of the Eagle County Animal Control Department. Any costs incurred as a result of a quarantine period shall be the sole responsibility of the animal owner.
