§ 6-3G-7 POSSESSION OF FIREARM WHILE INTOXICATED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession a firearm while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or of a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, as defined in C.R.S. § 12-22-303(7). Possession of a permit issued under C.R.S. §18-12-105.1 is not defense to a violation of this section.
