(A) Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided in this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in any town park or town athletic field in the possession of a glass bottle or glass container.
(B) Exceptions.
(1) Glass containers and bottles shall be permitted on the premises of any liquor licensed establishment.
(2) Glass bottles and glass containers shall be permitted on the premises of any event which has obtained a special events liquor license.
