§ 6-3E-1 CRIMINAL INJURY TO PROPERTY.

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any way interfere with, molest, desecrate or destroy any property with a value of less than $1,000, belonging to or under control of the town or any person within the limits of the town.
