(A) Assault and battery. It is unlawful for a person to knowingly or recklessly cause or attempt to cause bodily injury to another person.
(B) Reporting required. It is the duty of the owner or manager of any premises licensed by the town to serve, sell or dispense alcoholic beverages or fermented malt beverages, to report or cause to be reported to the Town Police Department all incidents involving violations of subsection (A) of this section, occurring within or upon their premises within 24 hours of such incidents.
