Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 5-5-3(B), (C), (E), (F), (G), (H), (I) or (J) of this chapter, is guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code. Any person under the age of 18 who violates any of the above listed provisions of this section is guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code.
