For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
IDLE: A combustible vehicle engine running at any location while the vehicle is stationary.
NUISANCE: Any act or condition which endangers the public health or environment or results in annoyance or discomfort to the public or damage to any property or injury to any person.
PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE: A motor vehicle that is used to transport passengers for compensation, excluding vehicles operated by the Town.
