A complaint may be filed in the Municipal Court for the town charging a violation of this chapter. Upon conviction thereof, the permittee, agent or representative therefor may be punished as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this chapter.
