The CSE shall elect its Chairman from among its appointed members. The term of the Chairman shall be for one 2-year term, with eligibility for reelection for three (3) additional two (2) year terms. The CSE shall meet as it determines to be necessary, and its meetings shall be in accordance with Robert's Rules of Procedure unless it adopts other rules for the transaction of business. Four (4) or more members must vote for any action for it to pass. The CSE shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations. The CSE will provide quarterly informational reports to the Town Council, in addition to a full annual financial report at budget time. An annual evaluation of events shall be included.
