(A) If the business license fee imposed hereunder is not paid within 30 days from the time it becomes due it shall be deemed delinquent and the town may assess a delinquency charge in the amount of 10% of the license fee due.
(B) A violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that such violation exists or continues to exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) The town may seek an injunction to restrain a person from engaging in business on premises within the town who does not obtain an annual business license under this chapter or whose license is revoked or suspended, and this remedy shall be in addition to all other remedies prescribed in this chapter or available in law or equity.
