§ 5-1-17 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code; provided, that each separate act in violation of the provisions of this chapter, or each and every day or portion thereof during which any separate act in violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted, shall be deemed a separate offense.
