The Local Licensing Authority shall elect its own Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from among its members; the Chairperson or, in such person’s absence, the Vice Chairperson shall be presiding officer at its meetings. In the absence of both the Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson from a meeting, the members present shall appoint a member to serve as acting Chairperson at said meeting.
