§ 14-10-1 PURPOSE.

This chapter provides the design review standards and guidelines for development in the Town of Vail. Actions of the staff and the Design Review Board shall be guided by the objectives prescribed herein, the Vail Village Urban Design Considerations and Guide Plan and the Lionshead Redevelopment Master Plan, and by all of the applicable ordinances of the town and by the design guidelines in this chapter.
