All areas to be protected shall have a nonremovable construction fence or other approved device placed around the areas to be protected. Within the Vail Village and Lionshead Core Areas, as defined by the Vail Village master plan and Lionshead Redevelopment Master Plan, construction fence shall be six to eight feet in height and constructed out of plywood (painted green) or chainlink fence with green mesh windscreens. Decorative construction fences may be allowed at the discretion of the Design Review Board.
