§ 3-3-2 APPOINTMENT.
   The Town Council hereby appoints the Vail Arts Board composed of five members who shall act in accordance with the Charter, this chapter, the direction of the Town Council, the ordinances of the town and shall be appointed and serve as provided in this chapter.
